A blend of 81% Seyval blanc & 19% Solaris. A zestful wine which gives off white flower, stone fruit and apple pastry notes and exposes flavours of pear frangipane and peaches with pink grapefruit rind and a zesty acidity on the palate.
A short secondary fermentation and minimal time on lees lends itself perfectly to the easy going nature of this Sparkling Wine. A refined fizz, with notes of green nettle & floral hints, finishing with classic green apple acidity.
