Fenny Castle Rosé 2022 (6 Bottles) Wells, Somerset, England

£112.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

We are really delighted with our 2022 Pinot Noir Rosé.

This wonderfully rich, dry rosé is made from the press wine fraction of our Pinot Noir juice.

The wine is dry and weighty with a superb strawberry character and a satisfying savoury note. Once you have tried this you will be back for more!

Smith and Evans Natural Ferment White 2022 (6 Bottles) Langport, Somerset, England

£90.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

It’s back! Our White Wine is back home and available for sale. We’re very pleased with the wine, it’s still young and fresh but there’s also a depth of flavour and a nice rich spicy texture from the wild ferment. People have pre ordered and so we expect to be sold out by around Christmas time.

Wildwood Bishop Odo Bacchus 2023 (6 Bottles) Tonbridge Wells, East Sussex, England

£121.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

A splendidly aromatic dry white wine boasting rich aromas of gooseberry, elderflower and lemongrass notes on the nose, complemented by fresh apricot on the palate, plus a hint of asparagus and a wonderfully long finish. Grown on land once owned by Bishop Odo, the Bishop of Bayeux, the half-brother of William the Conqueror.

Missing Gate Sauvignon Blanc 2022 (6 Bottles) Chelmsford, Hampshire, England

£201.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Only a few English Sauvignon Blancs pass muster with me, and Missing Gate has shot into contention with its delightful, bright, and refreshing character. While the nose and palate are open and citrusy, the superb mid-palate depth and raspy, chalky finish remind me of top-flight Menetou-Salon! The extra dimension of fruit, adding gravitas to the core, is remarkable, and this comes from 80% of the wine being fermented in neutral 500L barrels with 20% going through malolactic fermentation and further lees ageing. These considered techniques add invaluable texture, making this wine complete. It is a glimpse of the future for this grape variety in the UK.
