A key part of our core range, “Painter of Light” is a wine that expresses refinement and elegance playing into varietal characters and vintage reflection. Following in a similar vein to previous vintages,
the wine with more citrus with a strong backbone lent through the English acidity. The oak is prevalent but restrained embracing tropical and stone fruit character with underlying smokey and flint characters. The palate has minerality and length with underlying elements of citrus and saline notes.

Olivier comanaged Domaine Leflaive with his uncle Vincent through the 1980s and then with his cousin Anne-Claude in the early 1990s. It was at this time that he established Olivier Leflaive Frères. Torri Cantine, producers of organic wine in Abruzzo for 60 years, has always made the respect for nature and for the land its priority. The radiant vine-covered hills of Torri Cantine express an infinite variety of scents and all the colours of the earth warmed by the sun. The Torri Cantine vineyards extend over 60 hectares in the municipalities of Colonnella, Controguerra and Torano, in the province of Teramo, from 100 to 300 meters above sea level. The favorable climatic conditions and the generous soil, together with the patient and scrupulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, have made it possible to obtain wines of great value.
Colour is pale yellow with golden reflections, while the nose is floral with ripened yellow fruit, Fresh and rich in minerality and persistence. Lovely with fish and fresh or medium-aged cheese.

Domaine de Cantagrils were among the first to plant and cultivate Piquepoul in 1983. The terroir of the domaine is characterised by beautiful red soils, with plots originally planted amongst an orchard of almond trees. Situated in the north of Picpoul de Pinet AOC, there is a strong continental influence, rather than maritime, with more humid morning fog, higher rainfall and warmer temperatures, which has a pleasant ripening impact on the fruit.
A delicate golden colour in classic Picpoul style, the bouquet of the wine is composed of ripe exotic fruits, sweet spices and anise, and light, clean and sleek minerality, and a certain zippiness.

Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavors of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. Enjoy this wine with roast beef, mushroom risotto, or game dishes. Well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish. Pairs perfectly with shellfish, fresh salads, and a variety of cheeses.
