Our signature kombucha, citrus cascade, gets most of its delicate flavour from our wonderful green teas but we also add cascade hops during the primary fermentation adding a citrusy note.
We brew using a bespoke blend of green teas from some of the best tea plantations in China, all ethically traded by our partners at rare tea company. They only work with farmers using organic principles who don’t use chemical pesticide or herbicides.
Our Kombucha is brewed and barrel-fermented in our nano brewery situated on Nania’s Vineyard in central Bristol, we have perfected a can-conditioning process and hand-can our kombucha in small batches. We make an authentic kombucha that is RAW and alive inside. It’s very much the real deal and we’re so confident in the provenance of our brew that we offer a S.C.O.B.Y guarantee. If you can’t grow your own kombucha culture using one of our cans we will l happily refund your purchase.

This wine is a symphony of citrus and tropical flavours, bursting with energy and vibrancy. The nose is a riot of yellow grapefruit pith, green mango, and crushed lime leaf. A single variety, single vineyard wine that is produced in very limited quantities. On site at Melbury Vale Vineyard we have 500 established Seyval Blanc vines. Seyval blanc as a grape is ideal for the Dorset climate in that it is low maintenance and ripens beautifully. Come harvest, the bunches of grapes are large and have sugar levels perfectly aligned for producing traditional method sparkling wine. This wine is a pale golden color with fine bubbles typical of a high quality English sparkling wine. On the nose there are aromas of fresh citrus and ripe pear, and on the palate there are bright notes of green apple, elderflower, and meyer lemon.

Our Bacchus wine comes from our oldest vines close to the winery. This small vineyard produces a limited release of just 650 bottles each year and in previous years has won the Trophy for the best Bacchus in the WineGB West region twice.
This 2023 wine was slowly fermented using the wild yeastfrom the grapes and has resulted in a fragrant aromatic Bacchus with a delicate elderflower nose and a soft citrus palate. It is perfect on it’s own or with lighter styles of food.
