The absence of malolactic fermentation preserves the vibrant acidity (8.8g/L), complemented by a touch of residual sugar (5.9g/L) that enhances the wine’s texture without compromising its finesse.
On the palate, Paragon is a symphony of precision and complexity. The wine delivers crisp green apple, lemon zest, and a chalky minerality, rounded by a subtle creaminess from oak influence. Artelium Pinot Noir 2023 (6 Bottles) Streat, East Sussex, England

Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Since 2020 the Domaine is in the hands of the current generation Nicolas and Alexandrine, and together with Cedric Allion they are making some excellent wines under his watchful eye. Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.
This Sauvignon Blanc showcases a golden hue adorned with green undertones, displaying impeccable clarity and remarkable depth. Its nose is a one of complexity, boasting exquisite fruit notes of citrus, particularly grapefruit, alongside captivating mineral undertones.
