Melbury Vale Vermouth Mist (6 Bottles) Shaftesbury, Dorset, England

£117.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “vermouth”! The white wine base is from our Dorset grown grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine spirit distilled at Melbury Vale. We then blend with all natural extracts and lime syrup. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly zingy and refreshing wine is best served really chilled. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fresh mint, or pour into a glass over ice with Gin to create a Gin Mist! It’s so refreshing it is perfect with salty snacks as an aperitif!

Crouch Ridge Pinot Noir Rosé 2021 (6 Bottles) Althorne, Essex, England

£160.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

An elegant pale salmon pink wine with wonderful acidity. Summer berries on the nose with strawberry and cream on the palate. Vibrant and delicious.

Great with seafood, white meats, vegetarian mezze as well as rice dishes, and goats cheese.

Hambledon Première Cuvée (6 Bottles) Hambledon, Hampshire, England

£422.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Confit lemon, orange blossom and white lily exude on the nose, nestling amongst ripe apricot, white peach and baked red apple. The palate intensifies, evolving into tarte Tatin, almond croissant and a dusting of crumble, yet maintaining a precise structure, creamy texture and mouth-watering acidity.

The finish develops a mineral, chalky quality, nodding to our Hampshire terroir, and the svelte mousse remains persistent and elegant. Incredibly complex and immensely enjoyable.
