A possibility thanks to the warmer 2022 vintage, the wine is crimson red in colour with a heady blend of fresh raspberries, sweet spice and leather on the nose due to fermentation and maturation in two neutral French oak barrels.
The palate is bright, soft and juicy with macerated red cherries and a touch of freshly ground pepper. An uncomplicated example of the lighter style of still Pinot Noir that can be produced from Burges Field's when vintage conditions allow.

Fresh and generous complexity in style, this traditional method wine has been aged for a minimum of 20 months on the lees bringing a robust depth with a lasting elegance to the wine.

The wine has aromas of spring flowers, dried mango and apple crumble, with a silky texture and a rich marzipan finish. The plump and juicy mouthfeel is balanced with gentle notes of vanilla and almond from the use of French oak.

On the palate, there’s lots of tropical fruits, fresh citrus, white peach and a salty mineral note. We’ve been creative and taken the ever-popular Cherry wine and applied our traditional method sparkling wine making skills!
This decadent Sweet Cherry Fizz has all the taste of the still Cherry but with some yeasty notes to add to the complexity and those lovely light bubbles indicative of bottle-fermented. The result is a delightful taste-bud-tingling, warming cherry treat.
It has a lovely fruity bouquet and a rich, well rounded flavour with some sweetness on the palate. A very popular feature of our range, this wine is good as an aperitif or with dessert.
