Dillions Vineyard Bacchus 2022 (6 Bottles) Staplefield, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Our Bacchus 2022 wine is now available to order. Enjoy as an aperitif wine or with chicken, fish or Asian food.
Bacchus grapes are particularly well suited to our High Weald terroir, and produce a fresh, aromatic, crisp white wine. This 2022 vintage shows all the benefits of the long hot summer in the UK last year and is slightly more rounded and nuanced than our previous vintages, with strong aromas of pear and gooseberry on the nose and palate and with a deliciously smooth finish.

Laurel Phoenix 2023 (6 Bottles) Driffield, East Yorkshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Our single varietal Phoenix is a light refreshing wine perfect for a sunny day.
Aromas of crisp pear and zesty lemon on the nose lead to a mouth-watering palate of vibrant grapefruit and melon.
This wine can be enjoyed as a fantastic accompaniment to seafood or poultry dishes.
Nutbourne Hedgerow 2018 (6 Bottles) Pulborough, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
As the name suggests, this is a wine that captures the essence of the Sussex landscape.
It is off-dry, made from a blend of our Riesling-style German varietals, including fruit from our forty-year-old vines.
A blend of Shönburger, Bacchus and Huxelrebe creates a beautifully rounded wine with a big wildflower bouquet and an abundance of hedgerow fruits.
Hedgerow is not as sweet as a dessert wine but has richness and character to cope with big flavoured foods. Pairs well with strong blue cheeses, chicken liver paté, game terrines and orchard fruit desserts.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. Our vineyards are protected by the South Downs and from the ridge of the Downs there are wonderful views like this patchwork of colours, angles and textures.
Albourne Estate Multi-Vintage Sparkling (6 Bottles) Albourne, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
As its name suggests this wine is made of selected base wines from multiple vintages to produce an approachable and immediately enjoyable style. Others call this style ‘non-vintage’ – we just prefer the name ‘multi-vintage’! The blend of this wine will vary slightly each year in order to maintain a consistent style, but it will typically be a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier and will undergo 3 years on-lees ageing.
Generous and soft on the palate, this wine is open and expressive, exhibiting delightful panettone-like aromas of sweet baked bread, dried apricots, nuts and candied citrus peels.

Sandridge Barton Don’t Feed the Ponies Figgie Daniel 2022 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
An energetic wine with a lively spritz. This wine is unfiltered and unfined and contains the lees in the bottle. Col Fondo means 'with the bottom' in Italian, referring to the leftover lees sediment. This is the method in which Prosecco was produced before being overly commercialised but is now regaining popularity.
This wine is light and spritzy with green apple, lemon rind, elderflower and yeasty characters. We recommend a gentle shake before serving to distribute the sediment.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.
Ridgeview Blanc De Blancs 2019 (6 Bottles) Ditchling Common, East Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Served at King Charles' first State Banquet.
The wine presents a gentle golden hue, graced with delicate pearl-like bubbles. Aromas of honeysuckle and apple skin mingle with subtle hints of fresh honey, creating a captivating bouquet. On the palate, flavours of toasted brioche, biscuit, and ripe apricots shine, balanced by a nuanced touch of zesty lemon. Its rich, velvety texture is complemented by a full, creamy mousse that enhances the smooth mouthfeel.
The experience culminates in a long, satisfying finish, showcasing the wine’s elegance and complexity. Perfectly balanced, this sparkling wine offers a refined blend of aromas and flavours, making it an exceptional choice for any occasion.
Minerva Sparkling Wine 2019 (6 bottles) Bath, Somerset, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
We are excited to offer a limited edition case of Minerva Sparkling Wine 2019 Vintage – 6 bottles of history in the making! This is the final batch of this exceptional vintage, and owning this case means you’re securing a piece of Minerva’s winemaking legacy. Imagine having the very first bottles of Moët or Dom Pérignon – this is your chance to be part of something truly special!
A complex nose with hints of ripe golden apples and lemon peels. Freshness and acidity with subtle bubbles, and a well-balanced taste.
Minerva Wine is known for its distinctive flavour profile, which is attributed to the rare geology of the Mendip Hills where the grapes are grown. The geothermal heating that occurs when rainwater falls on the Carboniferous Limestone outcrop in the Mendip Hills gives the wines their unique flavour.
The Grange The White From White 2018 (6 Bottles) Alresford, Hampshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Golden yellow in colour, the nose is luxuriously rich and toasty with aromas of baked orchard and citrus fruits, reminiscent of caramelised tarte tatin. The ripe chardonnay from the endless summer of 2018 blends seamlessly with autolytic pastry notes formed over 5 years of lees ageing in bottle. On the palate, the wine is full of ripe citrus fruit with a backbone of crisp, mineral acidity holding everything together.
A slight salinity and pithiness in the mouth makes this wine perfect for enjoying with seafood such as oysters or even good old fish and chips. Drink from now or leave under cork for the next couple of years and let the wine become even toastier and more opulent.
