Our Pinot Rosé 2022 wine is now available to order. A truly delightful and refreshing summer wine!
Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2022 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!

The latest release of our highly successful Classic Cuvée Brut that was originally released in 2019, and sold out quickly.
This new release is made from grapes from the excellent 2019 and 2020 vintages. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by 24 months gaining complexity on lees. The wine therefore benefits from some lovely bottle age and is ready to be enjoyed now. 12% ABV.
Hattingley Valley Classic Reserve NV (6 Bottles) Alresford, Hampshire, England

This elegant wine boasts a light straw hue with delicate aromas of lemon zest, orange peel, and honeysuckle. On the palate, green apple and brioche are complemented by a hint of marzipan, culminating in a well-balanced, seamless finish with a fine, persistent mousse.
The 2019 vintage began with abundant sunshine, a record-hot Easter, and a warm, wet summer. Despite challenges, careful vineyard management yielded clean, flavourful grapes. The blend includes 11% barrel-fermented wine and 12% aged reserve wines, with four years on lees for added complexity. Perfect for celebrations, it pairs beautifully with canapés and laughter. This “field blend” wine showcases the unique terroir of Nutbourne - combining the soil, the geography and the climate of our special corner of West Sussex. There is no other wine in the world to replicate it.
With tremendous freshness and wild fruit flavours, it is crisp, dry, and aromatic, combining our old vine Riesling-style German varietals with Pinot Noir. Perfect to drink on its own but also has enough zing to stand up to spicy foods, lighter game birds or a wholesome fish pie.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This painting depicts the striking double-curtain trellising system in Winter. The individual vine stands as a sculpture, a thing of beauty and nobility in its own right.
