Set in the heart of Buckinghamshire’s picturesque countryside, Chiltern Valley Winery & Vineyard is a boutique estate crafting exceptional English wines. Founded by Tim Chafor in 2009, the 23-acre vineyard sits on historic terroir once part of the ancient Royal hunting forest of Bernwood. With a world-class winemaking team, Tim grows classic Champagne varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, alongside England’s signature grape Bacchus and Madeleine Angevine. This Protected Designation of Origin vineyard boasts diverse soil types, from chalk to flinty clay, offering immense possibilities for future wines.
