Set in the heart of Buckinghamshire’s picturesque countryside, Chiltern Valley Winery & Vineyard is a boutique estate crafting exceptional English wines. Founded by Tim Chafor in 2009, the 23-acre vineyard sits on historic terroir once part of the ancient Royal hunting forest of Bernwood. With a world-class winemaking team, Tim grows classic Champagne varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, alongside England’s signature grape Bacchus and Madeleine Angevine. This wine is made from a small parcel of Stanlake Park’s Pinot Noir grapes, enabling an extraordinary balance between freshness and fruitiness.
Made with handpicked grapes, a short maceration on the skins extracts a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. Released after only a few months of maturation. Unfiltered, so a small deposit can occur in some bottles – this is totally natural and harmless.
Keep horizontally in a dry and dark place, away from heat, sunlight and vibrations.
