NECTAR FROM A DIFFERENT HECTARE
This very fine bottle of white wine comes from the exceptional Ktima Gerovassiliou, who are veritable magicians. It is important to know that, in a market now well represented by the indigenous Malagousia varietal, this estate was responsible for rescuing said grape from extinction in 1981. This baby is the benchmark of the varietal and comes from immaculate 74 acre slopes in Epanomi.
It’s all in here; white pear, mango and lemon zest on the nose and a mouthful of refreshing fruit with a hint of mountain herbs underpinned by a delicious flinty, mineral backbone. Obviously this is a natural partner to Greek and Mediterranean food but it has the kahunas to stand up to Thai spice too. If you like Sauvignon Blanc or Bacchus you’re going to love this.

A subtle oxidative style of sparkling wine produced in the traditional method and matured on the lees for 20 months. We have built more complexity into the base wine, maturing in French oak and on the lees prior to bottling, which offers up a more savoury style of English sparkling wine.
The colour has an amber hint in the glass and aromas of baked red apple, sultana, caramel and lemon rind. The palate is dry and has flavours of red apple and toasted baking spice, with a focussed acidity, soft lees tannin and delicate mousse.

Our Kombucha is brewed and barrel-fermented in our nano brewery situated on Nania’s Vineyard in central Bristol, we have perfected a can-conditioning process and hand-can our kombucha in small batches. We make an authentic kombucha that is RAW and alive inside. It’s very much the real deal and we’re so confident in the provenance of our brew that we offer a S.C.O.B.Y guarantee. Josef Chromy is one of Tasmania's most famous influential wine figures, having owned and developed some of the state's most prominent wineries, including Rochecombe (now Bay Of Fires), Jansz, Tamar Ridge and Heemskerk vineyards. In 2007 he established the winery that would bear his name, which quickly became one of Tasmania's leading wine producers.
