The latest release of our highly successful Classic Cuvée Brut that was originally released in 2019, and sold out quickly.
This new release is made from grapes from the excellent 2019 and 2020 vintages. Boco by House Coren; a high-quality Charmat method sparkling wine made in West Sussex using top-quality grapes from England. An iridescent kaleidoscope of pale, white peach. Clear with ultra-fine bubbles. A taste of peaches, ripe pears, a hint of raspberry and a long, clean, citrus, and green apple finish.
A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir, fabulous with most dishes but especially good with shellfish, charcuterie, canapes and pizza. Also complex enough to hold its own as an aperitif.
