First made here at Dedham Vale Vineyard in 2018, we named Willow Lake after the beautiful view that greets you on arrival. Due to its huge popularity on the 2019 tours, it quickly sold out. We’ve aimed to replicate the aromas and flavour that made it so popular and we are very pleased with the 2019 vintage.

A fresh wine, with apricots and almonds on the nose followed by tropical fruits and greengages on the palate. It is the perfect English wine for summer.

Our Brut Sparkling wine, crafted using traditional methods, boasts a lively mousse, fresh fruit flavors, and yeasty overtones. Made from Orion and Chardonnay grapes, this delightful wine is perfect for celebrations and pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, or canapés.

Our modest 8-acre vineyard produces a diverse range of wines, each vintage showcasing unique characteristics. Tended to by our dedicated team, our wines offer a charm that makes every year distinct.
