Tucked away at the foot of Ditchling Beacon, Everflyht Vineyard is a single estate vineyard nestled in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Our vineyard boasts a unique aspect, terroir, and microclimate, which, combined with meticulous care and a dash of luck, define the character of our exceptional wines.
We specialize in cultivating the classic sparkling grape varieties of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. We firmly believe that outstanding sparkling wine begins with superior grapes, which is why we meticulously grow all our grapes on-site, ensuring unparalleled quality and flavor.
