Lyme Bay Winery, the home of LBW Drinks, is a passionate, award-winning producer of exceptional English Still and Sparkling Wines, Fruit Wines, Cider, Mead, Liqueurs, and Spirits. Nestled in Devon’s stunning Axe Valley, our dedicated team combines expertise in flavours, ingredients, and winemaking to craft drinks that are both traditional and tailored to the modern palate.
They pride themselves on quality and creativity, fermenting, blending, and ageing every product on-site under the supervision of their skilled team. Rejecting the ordinary, they push boundaries to produce category-defining drinks. Their grapes are sourced from select vineyards across the UK, allowing us to create wines of outstanding quality.
As the UK’s largest mead producer and the sole supplier to English Heritage, they’ve expanded their range with innovative creations like Jack Ratt mead cocktails, featured on their YouTube channel. Over three decades, their bold approach has earned accolades from prestigious competitions, including the International Wine and Spirit Competition, International Wine Challenge, and Decanter World Wine Awards.
Highlights include their Sparkling Rosé Wine, a two-time People’s Choice Wine Award winner, and Jack Ratt Lugger Golden Rum, which claimed top honours in the People’s Choice Spirits Awards and the London Spirits Competition. Additionally, their Pinot Noir 2020 became the first English red to win an IWSC Trophy in 2022.
