About Warehorne Vineyard
Nestled in the picturesque Kent countryside, Warehorne Vineyard is a family-run estate situated in the charming village of Warehorne. Our 10.2-hectare vineyard boasts breathtaking views of the Romney Marsh, with the Dungeness power station and Rye Park Wind Farm visible from our site.
Our journey began on May 13, 2020, when we planted our first 15,250 vines using S J Barnes' innovative planting machine. Initially, we cultivated Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Divico. In subsequent years, we expanded our vineyard with Cabernet Noir (2021) and additional Divico vines (2022).
Our inaugural harvest in 2022 yielded 9.5 tonnes of fruit from our 15,250 vines. This milestone marked the beginning of our winemaking journey.
We proudly launched our first vintage on June 12, 2023. Our Oasthouse Estate wines, including Rosé, White, Pinot Noir, and Red Reserve, are now available.
