About Off The Line Vineyard
Kristina transitioned from a law career to viticulture in 2011, studying at Plumpton College and working in France. She and Ann-Marie, a former ceramicist and fine wine sales expert, share a deep commitment to producing exceptional wines from their stunning East Sussex site. They are actively involved in all vineyard and winemaking processes.
The vineyard prioritizes sustainability through practices that enhance soil health and biodiversity. Disease-resistant grape varieties are cultivated to minimize pesticide use, and the site features diverse ecosystems, including pasture land and natural woodlands.
Hand-harvested grapes are carefully nurtured to achieve optimal acidity, resulting in innovative wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. The winery, designed with sustainability in mind, employs advanced technology for winemaking and has an eco-friendly waste management system.
