Nestled beneath the South Downs Ridge, the estate is ideally positioned for cultivating the traditional grape varieties used in the finest sparkling wines.
Under the leadership of the second generation, Ridgeview has become an award-winning symbol of excellence in English sparkling wine. Their philosophy remains steadfast: exceptional quality from grape to glass. Grapes are handpicked in bunches, gently pressed, and carefully guided through fermentation, ageing, and blending using traditional methods enhanced by modern expertise.
