This Bacchus, as with all our wines and gins is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

It’s the perfect accompaniment for fresh or smoked seafood. Oysters, crab, prawns, scallops and fresh salmon all pair beautifully with our flint dry Bacchus. Try spring vegetable dishes such as English asparagus and broad beans – a perfect match and the grassy, fresh, nettle like herbaceous notes are a hit with creamy Goats cheese
