Nestled in the heart of the Sussex countryside, near the picturesque market town of Petworth, Roebuck Estates was founded by two friends with a shared passion for exceptional wine. Their vision was clear—to craft outstanding vintage sparkling wines every year that could be enjoyed worldwide.
The estate takes its name from the wild roe deer often seen roaming the landscape. With deep respect for the land, Roebuck Estates is committed to sustainability, aiming to leave the lightest environmental footprint.
A highly skilled full-time vineyard team, with experience from around the globe, works tirelessly to cultivate the finest fruit for Roebuck’s English sparkling wines. The estate spans six vineyard sites across Sussex and Kent, known for their rich, fertile soils. Here, the classic Champagne grape varieties—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—are carefully grown and nurtured.
Since the release of its debut wine in 2019, Roebuck’s vintage sparkling wines have earned numerous prestigious awards and can be found in some of the UK’s finest restaurants. Every bottle reflects a commitment to excellence and showcases the best of English winemaking.
